Furnished shaded deck with lagoon views-Elevator - off street parking for 4 cars. All bedrooms with full private baths. 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen + 2 twins (bunked) in the 4 bedrooms. Ocean club (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) with pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, outdoor tiki bar on the ocean front.
PLEASE NOTE POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

4 community tennis courts. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you have at home including blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, pats and pans, dishes, silverware, wide slot toaster. Full size washer and dryer.
Ceiling fans, wifi, tv all rooms, pack n play, high chair, alarm clocks every room with 2 USB ports on each one.

We so enjoyed a long weekend at this property! The location was perfect, the condo is lovely, and the porch is ideal. Everything was excellent. We will absolutely be back!

Beach condo
We enjoyed our stay at this beach home. We liked the layout of the rooms. Each bedroom had its own bath which was nice. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The covered deck was especially nice. We had access to the community pool and tennis courts which the kids enjoyed. We rented a golf cart which came in handy. The manager was very helpful and easy to work with. Ocean Isle is a very nice location with miniature golf, weekly concerts, weekly craft market, homemade ice cream and doughnuts and of course the beach.

Spacious condo!
We had a great time during our stay. The condo was very spacious, every room had its own bathroom. It was very clean and organized. Two of the rooms have bathtubs if you need that for young children. Cliff who manages the property was very communicative! The location was great. It is best to drive to the beach club and walk out on the beach from there so you’re close to the pool. The neighbors were very friendly and it’s right near the tennis courts. Do look up OIB’s rules on beach tents before coming.

7 Day Weekend - Wonderful
Cliff was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and with dish clothes and kitchen towels. Pickle ball courts are right across the unit. There were 4 beach chairs and a tote of sand toys. Porch swing was nice to relax. It was nice to have a mini refrigerator in the bedroom for the overflow drinks.

Great stay at condo close to beach
The condo had plenty of room for our family of 6 plus my parents. Loved the outdoor space on the back porch with porch swing and other seating, great place for morning coffee. Each room has a bathroom which is nice. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced at a VRBO. Unit is a short walk to the beach but we rented a golf cart and would park at the Isles so we could go to the beach and pool. The pool at the Isles is a great bonus to have access to. Tennis courts right next to the unit. We had a great week.

Amazing Experience
Cliff, was very professional and courteous. He checked in with me via text a couple of days before my trip to make sure I had all information needed to check in. The home is beautiful and offers enough space for families with adults and little kids. It is a close enough to the beach that you can walk and see the views from the balcony. This was the best stocked kitchen in all homes we have stayed in while on vacation. I love to cook and did not have to worry about missing items needed to make a home cook meal. I wish we could have stayed longer.
