Beautiful beach house located on the Intracoastal Waterway with Canal Access!

A little slice of heaven! This beautiful home is seated on an extra-large lot on the Intracoastal Waterway with canal access. Featuring four bedrooms and two baths, all on one level, this home comfortably sleeps 10. Recently renovated and updated, this house has it all!

Amenities include a canal side boat dock, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, ceiling fans throughout, TVs in each bedroom (with streaming capability), DVD player, Fiber Wi-Fi. The knotty wood pine walls in the living area give this house a rustic, cozy look, while the wall of windows provides an uninterrupted view of the Intracoastal. It also features a covered porch leading out to a large outdoor porch with hi-top adirondack chairs to admire the waterway view! You'll capture some amazing sunsets while watching all the boats pass by.

This property has keyless entry. Property Manager will send code thirty minutes prior to your 4pm check in time on the day of your arrival.

Property Notes and Rules:
Weekly rental only in peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Property has pillows, bedspreads, and blankets. Towels, Bed Sheets, paper and soap products are not provided. NO PETS AND NON-SMOKING. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT NON-ALLOWED PETS WERE PRESENT OR THAT CIGARETTES/CIGARS/VAPING PRODUCTS WERE PRESENT INSIDE THE HOUSE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250.00 ENHANCED CLEANING FEE.

Can’t imagine a better place to be
For our family, this is the perfect place. The convenience of the boat dock and the view of the boats on the Waterway are great. And there is almost always a good breeze coming off of the water. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great location!
My family stayed in this home for a long weekend! The windows provide a 180 degree view of the water. We watched the boats and a dolphin pass by from the deck. A great spot to spend our 1st time in Ocean Isle. The property owner, Chris, was easy to deal with and made sure we had what we needed!

The house is exactly as advertised and you can’t beat the views! It’s a longer walk to the beach if you’re lugging the kid stuff but easy to drop off and find parking closer if you don’t want to walk. We are already looking for additional dates to come back to this property. Great layout for families and kitchen is well equipped. Truly a perfect stay!

This house is perfect for fishing, watching boats and watercraft go by. The neighbors that own the house next to this one are amazing. We want to book again so we can hangout with them, fish and relax. So peaceful and quiet. Please let us know when we can rebook for next year!

When you’re there, it’s another world
95 Fairmont is the perfect place to enjoy OIB. There’s always something of interest to see on the Waterway, even if it is a school of baitfish. Our family treasures the time floating in the canal. The interior of the house is perfect for the setting. We would highly recommend a vacation here (but don’t try to steal our week!!)

Great house in perfect location
This house feels like a home away from home as soon as you walk in. It feels bright and open and has everything there you need for a relaxing stay. The views are beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by or fishing from the dock. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of the Coronavirus but we are very thankful to have been able to have a few relaxing days and will definitely try to come back again.

This house is in the best location ever!! Beautiful view from upper deck ❤️ House inside is just okay. Needs some updating, but overall not bad at all. A/C works great. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. No garbage disposal, which I definitely missed. Outdoor shower was nice and roomy. Would stay here again. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Location, Location, Location!
We had a fantastic time at Chris' wonderful property! The views are absolutely amazing, and the photos in the listing don't do the view from inside the house justice. Because it's a corner lot with a large yard, it felt like we had a little more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. With the exception of the shower curtain liner and mat in the tub, the house was spotless. We met a very nice neighbor who told us a little bit about the history of the property, and we loved the photo that showed the house when it was being built. We can't wait to go back!!

Great Location
The house is lovely and location even better. We had a large group ranging in ages from 65 to 4 and the house accommodated us all well. Great owners. I had to contact the owner twice on small issues unrelated to the home itself and he was very attentive. The bedrooms are a comfortable size although the two bathrooms are shared and quite small. Laundry is downstairs but that wasn’t an issue. Just took us a bit to find it. The outdoor shower was lovely! Large enough for multiple people to rinse off sands from the beach with plenty of places to hang towels and such. Among the many perks to this house was the ample parking and yard space. The upstairs deck is large and provides great views of the waterway. We watched dauphins swim by on multiple occasions. The dock is separate from the pier which was also a bonus. We enjoyed fishing off of the pier in the waterway and even hung a large flounder but they’re not in season yet :o/. The grill downstairs was nice and accommodated large meal prep as well as the fully stocked kitchen. Overall we had a great stay in this lovely home and would recommend.

Beautiful location
The property is in a great location and the fishing was wonderful. On our last night we got to see a pod of dolphins swim by. For future renters make sure you bring extra blankets and sheets, bath and beach towels. It was listed in the overview that this was not provided but written really small and towards the end. I’ve rented many VRBOs and have not come across this before. I also flew in from the west coast and didn’t have a lot of room for extra things. We spent a lot of extra money buying sheets and towels when we arrived. It’s also pretty chilly at night and there are no blankets at all. I enjoy curling up with a blanket outside or on the couch so I was defiantly missing that. We asked for a early check in and it was approved by the owner via email. I was to receive a email from the property management that early morning with the code for the door and check in instructions. When I arrived I did not receive the email and when I reached out to property management there was not response via phone or text for over an hour. This was disappointing since we had a long trip and needed to use the bathroom. Finally after waiting for an hour or more I received the code. Other than the check in process and the linen misunderstanding our stay was very nice. We had everything else we needed. It’s a beautiful home and the layout is perfect.

The house was in a great location seemed it had not been throughly cleaned. Sand in the rugs and dust under all furniture. This house is listed as 3 bathrooms it only has two. Would have been a deal breaker for us if we had know before booking

Very quaint house on an outstanding lot! Our family if 5 had plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. Kids had a great time fishing on the docks. Views of the waterway are fantastic! We would definitely stay again!
