The property is located one block from the boardwalk in Ocean Grove. We chose to go off season because the area is so peaceful then. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Our only complaint is over the polyester linens on the bed. They were very hot, even with the windows open in early April. That being said we would definitely go back there again.

The room is absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfast was so delicious and the inn keeper who also cooks the breakfast made us a breakfast fit for a King and Queen (we were the only 2 at breakfast). Very kind person. Anniversary getaway.
The staff was superb and responsive to all requests. Breakfast was tasty with the selection of fruit, yogurt, granola, various types of bread, turnovers and multiple different egg dishes. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day. The room was a third floor walk up, which could be a problem for some, but was not for me. The building was close to the beach and the downtown area.
