Modern coastal 4 BR home sprawling over two spacious levels, culminating in stunning ocean views of the Barwon River, The Bluff and the blue waters of Bass Strait. A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and 3 metre dining table that easily allows you to entertain up to 12 people.
4 bedrooms (2 upstairs & 2 downstairs), queen sofa bed in front lounge and 2 luxurious bathrooms (one with bath and one with spa). Hotel quality towels, linen, pillows & doonas provided. Central heating and split system air conditioning throughout.
Amazing expansive split level decking - perfect for entertaining and relaxing outdoors.
Games room complete with pool , table tennis, darts and TV.
Large garage can accommodate a boat and there is room for up to 4 cars. We know you will feel truly at home staying at our "Castle on the hill"!

Great stay
This house was fantastic for what we required, amazing area upstairs and the outside area is perfect. We didn’t use the games room but it would be fantastic if you had teenagers. Communication with the owner was great. Cannot fault this wonderful property.

Our stay at Castle on the Hill was faultless. Communicate with Karen was efficient. The house is so well equipped from beautiful linens, games room, beach stuff etc. The house is so spacious and lovely. Karen even provided a sweet compliment of bottle of wine and chocolates!

We stayed at the property as a get together family Christmas. The property is very comfortable and extremely well resourced. The weather was poor but it didn’t faze us as we had plenty to do at the property. Karen was fabulous to deal with. Big thanks for the availability of your house.

Great holiday beach home
Great place. First impressions was lovely place, lovely decor, lovely touches. Everything impressed us with this place. We forgot our bogey boards ... they had them. We forgot to bring beach chairs ... they had them. And we remember most of the other stuff (aeroguard, sun screen, etc. etc.) ... but they had it just in case. Fabulous place for a week stay. Beach, cafes, restaurants, river, ... will definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying here and I didn't think it could get better! The attention to detail is amazing. The house is beautiful and communication couldn't be better. All beds are extremely comfortable, the outdoor deck is beautiful and the games room is great fun. Highly recommended this place 😃

A majestic holiday!
A royal experience was had when we stayed at Karen's lovely property. We were simply in awe of the amazing house, living spaced and views. Was absolutely wonderful to get away and relax on the castle on the hill. We abandoned our plans to go out for dinner and stayed in because it was just too cozy to leave. Thank you so much Karen. Fantastic family beach house
This property was amazing. Large and spacious and well provisioned. There are amazing view form the top level across Ocean Grove all the way to Barwon Heads...awesome on a balmy summer evening. It has an amazing entertaining area and a games room for the kids. Communication and check in was quick and easy. It is on the edge of town, but its still a very short drive to the main street. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous large home to accommodate the whole family.
Three generations stayed in this lovely large home over Christmas for 5 nights. Beautifully equipped house, everything needed was provided, and the host Karen was great to deal with. Highly recommend staying at Castle on the Hill. The Stockdill/Newman Family.

Amazing holiday house
Karen’s holiday house in ocean grove was by far the best experience, it was in great location! The holiday house had everything and more than we expected, I couldn’t fault anything. It was a large area that was amazing to relax with some friends with. I’ll definitely be booking here again and couldn’t recommend a better place to be staying! Check in was super easy as well and Karen answered any questions needed!

We stayed 2 nights with another family. We all had an relaxing time at the property. The house is as per photo and very spacious. Love the outdoor area although it is abit too cold and too wet for us to enjoy. Would be lovely in summer.
