At home, start the day with coffee on the waterfront balcony. The full kitchen makes meal prep easy, and there's room for everyone at the dining table and breakfast bar. After you eat, slip into your swimsuit and head for the beach, and don't forget to grab the provided beach chairs for lounging. When you return, home entertainment options include free WiFi, three streaming-capable TVs, and board games, or visit the pool for more fun in the sun. Put your feet up in front of the gas fireplace in the evening or step back out to the balcony for a nightcap before bed - another day of adventures awaits tomorrow.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following:
Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $75
Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110
Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150
Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
