The first floor offers the main living space with an oversized fully stocked kitchen, beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, and a wine cooler! There's so much light throughout this main living area with sliders to the huge outdoor deck and several large windows, giving this space an exquisite view of the canal leading right to the open bay. Everyone will find this indoor/outdoor space thoroughly relaxing. There is also a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom on this first floor! The second floor boasts 3 additional oversized bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and a deck both off the front and back for your enjoyment. The third floor is where the all the fun is... A beautiful open game room with multiple arcade games, a tv, a jukebox, and a full bar! This floor also has a full bathroom and a deck to enjoy more of the beautiful canal/bay views. This exquisite property sleeps 12 so it's perfect for bigger families or multi-family vacations. Book your stay today- you truly will not want to leave!

A Great Place to Stay!
This is a great house to stay in for any large group! It has plenty of space, an awesome third floor, and a spacious deck out back. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood and has access to a great pool. Would highly recommend renting here!

NYE Getaway
This was a beautiful place to stay and get away to ring in the New Year with my fiance and another couple. We really didnt need to go anywhere with all of the amenities this place has to offer. But there is so so much to do in the area once you are there.

We have been coming to oc for 15 years and this House was perfect for our trip and had everything you need to enjoy a long weekend! The 3rd floor set up was a special bonus to the house that we really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It was a great house and perfect for the group that came. Ample space and rooms (everybody had their own bed). This is rare to find in OC for the price. It was great hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view of the bay.

Nice spot on the bay
Home was perfect we had a bunch of us in town for an event at the convention center. Plenty of room for everyone sweet game roof/theater the house was clean and was exactly as described in the listing.

9 of us older guys (56) enjoyed the amount of space and sleeping options that the house has to offer. Also numerous showers and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. View was great and 3rd floor was a great place to hang out and watch some football and play some foozeball. Like old times. Great place

The house was recently renovated and had great views of the bay. We could walk to the beach (.6miles) and had access to the pool. The house was lively and the game room on the top floor was a bonus. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

Perfect stay
I booked this place knowing I needed a place that was close to golf courses, great restaurants, bars, and large enough for the group I had coming with me. I will say, this place does not disappoint! The view off the living room and the back deck was perfect to have our morning coffee, the game room was incredible with the full bar, games and the big TV and comfy couch. I recommend anyone to in this location. Hopefully will be able to book again when I look to do another golf trip. Thank you for the great stay!!

Location was great and loved being on the bay. Had a few issues which were addressed. Cleaning people could do a better job cleaning and dock needs a ladder, but otherwise it was a great house and great area.

This place was amazing. Highly recommend this property. We were in OCMD for a cheer competition. The weather was terrible but it didn’t matter because this place was full of things to do. The game room/bar on 3rd floor was beyond our expectations. The views, even with crappy weather, were great. Checkin was easy. Place was very clean. I would love to go back with my family again. The owner put all the best touches together. It is decorated perfectly!!! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

Perfect Bay View Location
There were 8 of us total including 6 young adults. The flexibility of the space made it work for us as far as sleeping, with my husband and I on the full bed in the bunk room for the best water view and then one upstairs at night. We loved the 3rd floor bar/game room area which was great for watching football and hanging out. Plenty of bathrooms including a full bath on the 3rd floor. Several dolphins paid us a visit so fun to watch them swim in the canal.

The property looked great from the pictures, but as soon as we walked in, we were absolutely blown away! The home, featuring 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a 3rd level arcade/bar room, had all you can ask for and more for a group big or small. Check in was easy, the property was clean and well stocked with any appliances/entertainment you could want, and the property owner was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the whole process. I’ve been making trips to ocean city multiple times a year for decades, but I can easily say that this was the greatest place I’ve ever stayed. I look forward to hopefully more visits in the years to come!

Hidden Gem in Ocean City
Even though the property is not on the boardwalk, it’s a 4 min drive away and easy to find parking by the beach even on weekends (as long as you head out before noon). The water views from the deck and balconies is gorgeous. It’s spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It’s right next to lots of restaurants and things to do off the boardwalk as well. The owner is responsive and helpful. Things to note when brining linens- the bed on the main is a queen, the bed in the master is a water bed (king) and the single room on the 2nd floor is a really deep mattress (also queen).
