☼ This is a legit tiny house - it's 468 square feet. While it can sleep 6, it will be cozy quarters! If you're looking for tons of room to spread out and need privacy from your fellow guests, this might not be the place for your vacation. BUT if you're up for the very unique and cool experience of staying in a tiny house, THIS IS IT!
☼ Exercise extreme caution when going up and down the loft ladder stairs. Young children, elderly guests or guests with mobility issues should not use the loft space.
☼ There is a security camera that records sound OUTSIDE the unit.
☼ There is a noise and cigarette/vape monitor in the unit. It does not record sound but rather, it senses when the decibel level gets above a certain threshold.
☼ Only declared guests are permitted to be on site/in the home. Parties are not permitted.
☼ Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
☼ There is one dedicated free parking space steps away from the front door. If guests need additional spots, there is first-come, first-served street parking. There is no street parking allowed in the immediate neighborhood.
☼ Bring your own streaming service logins for our Smart TV.
☼ Pets are not permitted at this home.
☼ This home is professionally cleaned before each visit.
☼ This home does not have a washer/dryer, a dishwasher or a tub. (There are laundromats nearby if guests need to do laundry.)
☼ There are approx. 4 steps to get up to the deck and into the house.
The community requires that guests sign a rental agreement.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
