Two Story Condo a block from the beach with free community pool!

This is the perfect spot for your family vacation! The beach, large town playground and many family friendly restaurants are all within walking distance. Plus within the condominium grounds we have a free pool you can use! Bring your bathing suits, beach towels and running shoes to enjoy a great vacation here in Ocean City! The town park features free family activities throughout the week including local music, fireworks, art shows and movies all in the evenings at the park.

To maintain a high cleaning standard and quick turns we do not provide sheets or towels. You may bring your own, order from a linen service or request a linen package from our property manager Kelly at Sheppard Realty Rentals.
You must be 25 to rent and we do not allow pets, smoking or vaping in or around our property.

Will book again!
Booking the property and communication with the property manager was a pleasant experience. The direct contact with information was very helpful. The check in process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. The condo was tidy and perfect for a family of 4. The walking distance to the beach was perfect, as was the Starbucks directly behind being a huge plus. I will recommend this place to others.

Amazing, would rent again and recommend
Arrival was smooth, prime location and place was great. A few minir discrepancies 1st, kithen light did not work, second, bedroom tv was not working properly due to poor internet connection. Lastly, this was a big one the sofa bed mattress was revolting & disgusting stains all through out and dirty. Howevet, upon calling the office an air matress was brought over and the rest was smooth dailing
