This spacious condo is the ideal beach getaway for your group. With an open floor plan, updated decor, and plenty of natural light, you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out after a fun-filled day of adventure. Unwind in the welcoming living area and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. Open to the living area, the kitchen has a full suite of appliances and an array of helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, five can perch at the bar area, while the dining table seats seven. As an added perk, this second-floor unit does not have neighbors above.
Located in the heart of everything, your home will be two blocks from the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. Enjoy strolls around the quiet town streets. Or take in the sights along the historic Boardwalk, where an abundance of dining and entertainment options await.
Guests of this home are also welcome to take a refreshing dip in the sparkling shared pool (8’ deep).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
