Welcome to this Silver Sand's cozy and direct oceanfront vacation rental, located just steps away from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for you and your family or friends to relax and unwind. The beautiful decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a beach getaway.

Located in the North end of town, this rental is close to many of Ocean City's restaurants, mini golf courses, shopping areas, and outdoor activities. You can easily explore the area and enjoy all that the town has to offer.

This rental is family friendly. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in or on the property. The maximum occupancy for this rental is 9 guests.

Unit has 1 parking spot in the parking lot just across the street, behind the building. 1 parking permit is provided for this space. Free street parking is also available on a 1st come basis.

We provide Spa Quality sheets and towels for all reservations. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest), bathmats for each bathroom and 2 dish towels.

We always try to create unique vacation rental experience for guests at our properties, and we strive to provide a consistent, top-notch service. Our 24/7 local area team is there for you and ready to assist with anything you will need before or during your stay.

Fantastic unit with pleasant surprises!
My family of four prefers staying in smaller unit locations. This condo is located in a small six unit building right on the beach! The location was within walking distance to restaurants and activities was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the unit and found that the additional areas/furniture in the unit have been updated since the pictures have been taken. I was also pleased to discover a washer and dryer within the unit. My only complaint would be several areas needed to be more carefully dusted, things like moldings on the walls and lamp shades. Otherwise, the place was clean and well cared for. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay here again!
