See sunrise over the ocean from your living room!

This is the closest you can sleep to the beach legally! :-) Takes exactly 32 seconds to walk from the elevators to the beach. Tastefully decorated two bed, two bath, 2nd floor, beachfront unit in the Atlantis condominium at 10300 Coastal Highway. Newly renovated, all new furniture and beds (2021) including comfortable couch and love seat, large dining room table with 8 chairs, 65" TV, 47 Mbps Wifi, washer/dryer and a huge pool. The entire front of the condo is large wall-to-wall windows that open and look directly out over the ocean. From your condo you will hear seagulls and waves; you will not hear traffic. The sunroom has a 14-foot oak bar by the windows looking out over the ocean - the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. North OC is a fairly quiet area where you can still walk to almost anything you'd want to do. We have particularly enjoyed it in the "off" season, when there are still plenty of things to experience. Kids are very welcome!

Beautiful view, great location
We had a quick two nights and absolutely loved it. The condo itself has a few things that need updating, especially the bathrooms - some of the tile is in rough shape in the 2nd bathroom. However, these issues didn't really detract from our stay. Some of our best times were sitting at the bar at sunrise looking out at the ocean and hearing the waves. Incredibly beautiful!

Wonderful stay, great hosts
We had a great stay at Steve’s place. He was so helpful with anything we needed. The place was perfect for our family. 2 twin beds and a king bed were great for all of us. The couches and the view were the best!

Amazing Views
The owners are so awrsome! Great communication and anything and everything you can think of is there for you. Such a great space. Having 2 bathrooms was great for 2 teenage boys! We will definitely be coming back here. Such easy access to beach and pool. Couches comfy and huge master bedroom. Very homey feel. Thank you.

Best place I have ever Stayed!!
The owners are wonderful to deal with. This was a business/family trip. The internet was not working when we first arrived very late that night. I sent a message to the owners and to my surprise. They had a man come and fix it , first thing that morning. You can't get better service than that. The place is just gorgeous. The views were amazing, very clean, with everything you need. I am hoping we can rent this place every year. It is truly a must stay wroth every penny!!

Great experience
This was my first time staying in a vacation rental. I was very impressed at the forethought of what may be needed. Everything from linens to coffee was available for us. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, however it was no big deal. I loved the heating lamp in the bathroom. The view was spectacular, but the weather wasn't great so we couldn't enjoy the beach. The location was close to everything and parking was plentiful. Overall great experience and will do it again. The only complaint that I have is the combination lock for the keys. It took quite some time to retrieve the key to the door. If that was replaced with something more modern that would be great. Thank you guys

Was in town for the Ocean to Bay Bike tour and it was a great landing spot in Ocean City. Weather was less than desirable for a Beach weekend but the views and coziness of the condo were great for relaxing.

Relaxing time during a very busy weekend.
Having visited OC for many years in Spring for cheer this is the first time renting a condo. This condo did not disappoint! Owners were very reponsive, the home has everything you need - including ground and kcup coffe pots. The home is very spacious and clean. The sunrise was amazing and there was plenty of room! You can see ocean from the home and the beach is a few feet away. It was a very relaxing time for a very busy weekend.

This was our second time staying and we were not disappointed. The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with all small appliances you need, along with pots, pans dishes silverware. View is fantastic, got up early to see sunrise from the breakfast bar. Located near numerous restaurants. Overall a really great place to vacation.
