Come and enjoy this 2BR 2BA condo within steps of the Ocean and the Beach. This midtown condo is updated, has a large balcony and includes all you need for your next vacation in OC. Walk to 45th Street Taphouse, Seacrets, Dumser's Dairyland, shopping, grocery and is very close to Mackey's and Fager's Island. Convention Center is close by as well. Your next OC vacation awaits you at Salty Sands!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great spot by the beach!
Place was perfect for our group. Nice big balcony with a good view of the water. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Well furnished. The only thing I wish they’d had were some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt & pepper, etc. But overall is was a very pleasant stay.
