With no shortage of things to do and sights to see, choosing what to do next is all part of the fun. Play a round of cornhole at De Lazy Lizard Bar & Grill, an oceanfront venue that features a kids play area, open-air bar, and live entertainment nightly. Ocean Downs casino provides the gambling, entertainment, and horse races, while family-friendly activities await on the pier such as paddle boarding, parasailing, water skiing, pier fishing, surfing, and so much more. Six miles down the road you'll find Jolly Roger Amusement park where fun can be had in one location all day! Compete in miniature golf or enjoy adrenaline-inducing water slides while making memories to last a lifetime. Don't forget to try Maryland's world-famous soft shell crab sandwiches sold up and down the pier.

Inside you'll find a welcoming and bright interior, complete with beach-themed decor. Everything you need to make and enjoy your morning coffee is provided in the sleek, modern kitchen. With a streaming TV in every room, there won't be any missing out on your favorite shows on Netflix. You'll also have access to a private patio and grill for those evenings to enjoy the sunset and conversation with your loved ones. A spacious shower is provided to wash off the sunscreen and sand from lounging about the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
