It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Country Calling Weekend Stay!
This spot was a perfect location for our weekend! We were able to get down to the concert and back easily. Plenty of options for food, drinks and shopping all within walking distance. SO close to the beach. We enjoyed morning walks and hanging out on the beach in the afternoon/evenings.

We stayed for a golf weekend and the space was large enough to accommodate 8 of us! Many of the places were closed for the season, but Seacrets was open and walkable! Great stay!

Great place for large group!
Lots of space for the 9 of us. Well stocked & decorated. Location is fabulous! Hot water heater seems too small for the size of home. Ran out quickly. We had 9 but it lists 14 as max capacity. That would be the only opportunity we saw. Would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is HUGE, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Close to EVERYTHING! Very clean! Very well kept! Well worth the money and hope to stay here again in the future!

Key Largo is a great, convenient location. Building and penthouse need some attention as far as maintenance. Oven had not been cleaned in some time, pots and pans were old, missing day to day utensils, hot pads, etc., floors are worn.

Weekend Stay in OCMD
This condo was exactly what was needed for the weekend trip we had in OCMD. The condo was very well-kept and clean and the check-in process was seamless. Perfect multigenerational family getaway
This property was great. It was enough room for everybody and our family to have their own personal space and also communal chilling place. Cook an entire Thanksgiving Day dinner. With no problem. Very close to the beach, one block.

Big open space but kitchen needs some love.
This place was big and bright. Great for gathering a few friends. Close to beach and restaurants. Place was very clean. Just needs some carpet stain love. The kitchen just needs to be restocked in terms of utensils and extra plates lots of empty drawers. If we ate every meal at the condo we would be constantly rewatching forks and plates. Just needs a target run.

Another great OC condo
Our family’s new tradition is getting together in Ocean City forThanksgiving. We chose this property because it was close to beach- but worried because we really loved the last years property. WOW Another great condo! We’re hoping to go back k again next year. Spacious, clean, well equipped and perfect for Marge family with small children.

Beautiful!
This place was even more amazing in person! It out did all my expectations! The partial beach view was wonderful while eating breakfast on the porch, the huge open family room and kitchen was great for our large family. Having three parking spaces was key, the smaller parking space easily fit a Honda Civic and our huge F-350 fit in the garage! I could go on and on about how great this place was! The location was also exceptional! We will definitely be staying again!

Location and home is beautiful. However, I did not like the fact of washing dishes before departure. I traveled with 3 kids ages 2 and under so it was a bit much to wash & dry dishes and put them away and remove bedding. I think the departure details need to be listed for potential renters in the future.

Roomy with good location.
Spacious and good location. Unit was in need of maintenance. Baseboards missing and nails were protruding out which could cause an injury to your feet. Sliding door screens fall off cause they do not operate smoothly. Furniture was dirty and stained. Overall it was a nice place but could use some attention. I would stay again.

Nice, spacious condo
Nice five bedroom condo. Owner should convert bathtub to a shower. Thankfully I had the spacious master, but a five bedroom w three showers isn’t sufficient for the price. Bathtub should be converted to a shower. Lovely condo- we had a great time. Family room is large, bright and inviting.

Not the best choice
This condo has potential but deferred maintenance is obvious, dirty common areas including carpet and furniture, bedrooms, nails sticking out of the wall were bade trim is supposed to be... uh, not really a view... were local and live in OC full time... needed a larger place for the holiday with family coming to town... I'll look elsewhere next time....

Great location, Very Spacious
The location was very convenient, very short walk to the beach. Bedrooms are spacious and great for large families. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook meals. We had a family of 8 and there was so much room for us to feel spaced out. Washer & dryer worked great. Beds were decent. My only complaint would be more so the cleanliness & upkeep of the home. The floors were not mopped, our socks/feet got dirty walking around after a while & some of the surfaces (doors, pillar by the dining room table) had dirt/stains that could easily be wiped off. Also couch and rugs had stains that could use a deep cleaning. Just to match the rest of the great esthetics. All in all I would rebook and recommend to others!

Spacious condo very close to the beach
The condo looked exactly as pictured. My family enjoyed how spacious the condo was. It was plenty of space for us. The only complaint is that the heating system wasn't working adequately for most of our stay. We contacted client services, and they did send out an HVAC mechanic twice. He was able to get the system to work on his second trip. Unfortunately, we only had one night left at this point. I'm sure this will be fixed before someone else stays.

Needs some improvements but I'll continue to stay here
This is my second year staying at this property, and I continue to appreciate its fantastic location. From the spacious balcony, you can see the ocean and Coastal Highway. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the bed linens in all five rooms are high quality—comfortable and fresh. The open living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, is perfect for large groups to gather and socialize. Plus, there’s ample parking and an elevator for added convenience. I do have a few suggestions for inexpensive upgrades that could make a significant difference. The coffee pot’s carafe doesn’t fit properly, causing the top to pop up when placed on the stand. The trash can lid doesn’t match the can, leaving us to place it on the floor. The toaster tends to burn one side while leaving the other untoasted, and a couple of the toilets didn’t flush properly. Upon our arrival, the fridge was leaking, with ice in the freezer that likely melted, creating a pool of water in front of it. The ice maker next to the washer and dryer appears to be non-functional and quite unsightly; it might be best to remove it altogether. Additionally, one of the sliding glass doors to the right of the tv looking out wouldn’t open, and the screen on the left fell off when we tried to use it. In the largest bedroom, the sliding glass door doesn’t lock at all, which is a concern. The living room furniture could also use replacement, as it’s quite worn and doesn’t feel clean, even though it’s not stained—it just feels like it has seen better days. If you’re planning a longer stay, I recommend bringing paper towels and toilet paper. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring oven mitts, aluminum foil, and containers for leftovers. While this feedback may seem extensive, I believe that addressing these issues with a few new items and minor repairs could greatly enhance the experience. I love this property and intend to stay again; it’s perfect for my group.

Location is great, but property is really lacking and there are better options out there
I’m giving this a star for location and a star for the size of unit. The location of this property is really nice - very convenient to the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do (mini golf, bowling, etc) and it isn’t too far a drive down to the boardwalk. It had a good number of beds and baths and I liked that they are all on one level, that worked well for our group especially. Sadly beyond that there isn’t much to praise about it. It is incredibly run down and lacking some basics, especially for a beach property. Two of the rooms share a bathroom which is fine, however the other bedroom down near them only has a tub and no shower which is pretty impractical for the beach, so really those three bedrooms end up sharing the shower in the other bathroom. None of the showers have handhelds or adjustable shower heads so getting sand off yourself after the beach is like nearly impossible. Beyond that the entire place is pretty run down and needs to be repaired or updated. Every chair and couch is torn, stained or totally ragged. The carpets all have big stains on them. The refrigerator and freezer are broken (and everyone seems to know they are but they aren’t repaired?) and the oven doesn’t work properly either. The unit is lacking some common sense things that I don’t think any reasonable renter would bring with them, like pot holders. And while I can appreciate the one room geared toward housing kids is near the back of the unit, it’s super far away from the primary bedroom and it’s way too small of a room to have bunk beds in it. Overall I wouldn’t rent this place again and encourage you to look around at other options.

Mixed feelings
The place is very pretty and clean. Close proximity to the beach, limited beach views. A little disappointed that the listing describes 3 master bedrooms, however, one master bedroom does not have a shower in the bathroom. There is a bath tub with a hand held shower head on the side of the tub but that didn’t even work. We had to use the shower in the hall bath and share it with the other two bedrooms that share it already. That made 6 people sharing one shower. Also the listing said there was internet. They provided info to connect to it but it didn’t work. It didn’t even show up on the device to try to connect to it. We called as soon as we arrived and it was never corrected. Instead we incurred data overage charges from our carrier because we had no WiFi for our entire stay. Finally on the last night of our stay, the heat stopped working in the middle of the night and we woke up to a house that was 53 degrees. Not sure what happened there- the air was blowing but it was very cold air, like a/c. Being mid January and in a extreme cold and windy spell, that was not pleasant. From the other reviews it seems the heat / ac has given other guests some problems as well so maybe it’s worth checking out. I would probably not stay here again especially because of the master bathroom shower situation alone. It made for a pretty disappointing and inconvenient situation.
