This delightful condo is designed for a couple who desire a romantic getaway on the OCEANFRONT or a couple with a small child. It rents in MINI-WEEKS AND
WEEKLY. It is a studio with a full queen size bed and a double sleeper couch. It has been renovated and has a view that is amazing. You can awake in your bed to watch the sunrise over the ocean and follow the dolphins swimming. At night enjoy the moon over the ocean and listen to the waves crashing below. The condo has a full kitchen or you can even spend time on the pool deck below and enjoy a meal or drinks at the Tiki Bar. In the evening you may spend time on your private open balcony with a drink and enjoy your oceanfront accomodations.

We had a fantastic time. Darlene was an awesome host. Loved spending time on the deck. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and a DJ Sunday. Check out Saltwater 75. Great place good food on the water.

Wonderful Property
This was our first trip to OCMD and will definitely return. We had the pleasure of meeting Darlene when we checked in. The condo was perfect for our stay...we saw dolphins from the balcony and the location was perfect. We look forward to returning and renting from Darlene again.

The most beautiful place!
This is the ideal location for a perfect beach getaway! Clean, convenient, and cozy! Perfect view of the ocean. The access to the tiki bar, pool, and games was a huge plus! I highly recommend renting from Darlene. She was kind, helpful, and even checked in with us via phone to see if we needed anything. Absolutely no complaints, and we will be back!!

Cute & Clean from Within the Room
The room itself was very on-point to what was advertised... Very cute, cozy, clean, and with a great view. The property itself was a little slummy, there is very little security at the building, people were walking around with rusty shopping carts, so that was off-putting. The elevator situation is also very slow and you may need to wait in a line a few times to get into an elevator. The owner of the room is very nice & communicative, so that was great. Overall the room itself is a nice experience.

Amazing sunrises
Darlene was very communicative and responsive. Check-in at the Golden Sands was expeditious and pleasant. The parking space assigned to the unit is most likely the best parking space on the property. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. The very best part was hearing the waves crash while watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed!

Me, my wife and son just rented this unit last week! It was a prefect! The owner is super friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The view is absolutely beautiful and the unit was very clean! We weren’t looking for a big unit and found this one to be perfect for us.

Oceans Calling Festival
When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. Graduation get away!
My daughter graduated from Salisbury State University over the weekend. This condo efficiency was the perfect distance to travel back and forth for events and then relaxation. The location and view of the ocean with it's own balcony to step out on made this the perfect get away. Communication with the owner prior to my trip was a huge part in my comfort as I was traveling alone. Thank you!

The Condo was awesome....
The Condo and the views are amazing.... It was wonderful to have your own private balcony...We were there on a full moon night...It was incredible to see the full moon light up the ocean... The Condo was clean, had a beachy feel and very cute...The owner was very accomedating, answered any questions and was quick to respond... I can't wait till my next trip to Ocean City and staying at this condo...

Small family vacation
Beautiful view! This condo worked well for us and our 14 month old. The condo had excellent amenities- pools, tiki bar, food, mini mart, ice cream, arcade, nightly entertainment, tennis, pickle ball. We were never bored and pretty much had everything on location. Had to drive to the boardwalk and some restaurants but parking was pretty easy. Elevators were slow on the weekend. Overall, we really loved our stay and definitely would recommend for couples and families. Lots of activities for kids. Can’t beat the view and easy walk to the beach.

Absolutely Perfect!
Darlene is an awesome host and the property is exactly as pictured/described. Being able to wake each morning of my stay and watch the sunrise over the ocean was amazing, as was the moon over the ocean at night. The pictures I took will tide me over until I can book again and take more. If I were to mention one negative thing, it would be that the dryer is too high for we vertically challenged people to use easily. 🤪 I cannot wait to go back to Ocean City and stay in this condo again.

Great For Two
Stayed 2 nights 6/13 & 6/14/22 and although had mostly good weather stayed to join friends, who coincidentally stayed next door. This unit was clean, nicely upgraded, and well equipped for our needs (much better than the unit that our friends rented) . We took our own sheets & blankets & pillows. Pull out double sized sofa bed is a bit lumpy, even with our own mattress pad. Receiving a checking-in phone call from the owner was a nice consideration. Would stay there again.
