Direct Oceanfront 3BR Condo - Awesome View of Ocean & Bay!

Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo just steps to the beach. We are actually DIRECT OCEANFRONT!!!!!! Many owners advertise as oceanfront but are actually oceanview with others' balconies between them and the ocean. We have one of the few END UNITS available, so no one is between you and your spectacular ocean view. This means coffee and sunrises to yourself. Available for weekly and seasonal rentals from May through October! Mini-stays, weekends and nights are available during off-season (September through May). Rainy days are not a problem at our condo, we have an indoor heated pool and large game/recreation center to keep the kids occupied and happy and the parents relaxed. Great for golf trips. Long term off-season rental available. Sorry we do NOT rent to High School Seniors, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Great condo, great weekend
This is a beautifully updated condo with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and flexible in what we needed. The beach is steps away and the view is amazing! (There is a charge for parking but it’s worth the convenience.) I highly recommend this condo!

Great Weekend Getway
Everything from the spectacular ocean view to the cleanliness of the condo was perfect. This was a girls weekend getaway and there was enough room for us all to enjoy and the condo was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops and the boardwalk was a short drive/bus ride away. The owner was quick to get us all the information for check in and checkout and answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Great view!
We enjoyed our stay here. The balcony overlooking the ocean made for a great view. The location of the Quay made it easier to go wherever we wanted. We did have a couple concerns with the pool being unexpectedly closed for a day and not having access to the gym area. We contacted the landlord and she provided thorough and timely assistance!

The best BFF trip to SunFest
We had a great time celebrating my 60th Birthday with my girlfriends and we really enjoyed the condo and the layout of the rooms. The sitting area had plenty of rooms for relaxing and playing games at the dinning room table. We plan on coming back to return to SunFest.

We had a great time, the condo is at the perfect floor and is direct beach and pool view. Very spacious and up to date and had a well stocked(pots/pans) kitchen and that is great for us because we cook most of our meals. Had great communication with the owner. We Loved it!

Just as described...excellent option for families
The condo was clean, equipped w plenty of pillows and blankets. We dined out frequently but also used the kitchen to prepare our contributions for a family reunion. Ages 5 through 66 enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. While room for just a few chairs on the balcony, we enjoyed the oceanfront view from other rooms in the unit. Highly recommend. Renee responded to questions in a super quick manner!

Relaxing and beautiful
The description doesn’t do any justice. The view is amazing, the home is decorated really nice. It is very spacious. The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered so far. She communicates before during and after your trip. It is very clean. My daughter enjoyed her 7th birthday stay. I would recommend for any family getaway. It gave the perfect home away from home feel.

Condo building needs updating. Only ONE parking spot for a unit that sleeps 10+. On your own finding parking in the area. Building management not very friendly or helpful either.

Couldn't ask for more
Originally booked the place for the Seagull Century. Unfortunately, the bike ride was cancelled due to bad weather. It was extremely nice for Steve and Renee to allow us to reschedule for another weekend. When we did arrive, the place was perfect for us. Between the watching the sunrise each morning and being close to everything we wanted to do, it proved to be a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Thanks so much!

Great Stay
This was our 19th year going to OC as a family, we took three 20 year olds and three 17 year olds, we were all able to eat dinner together, The overall consensus was this was the largest place we stayed in. I was nervous about the balcony because it was a bit smaller than other places, but you can easily fit 3 and probably four if you wanted too, it was not an issue for us at all. Everyone was impressed by the view when you walked in and everyone said “oh wow”, the extra windows next to the sliding door are a great feature. One reviewer did mention new mattresses, I’m hoping they will be there for our next visit, at least in the master bedroom.

Room was nice except that the mattresses need to be updated- felt like something was digging in on most of the mattresses which made sleeping uncomfortable. Could use some more pantry space. Balcony only fits 2 people.

Family vacation
This condo is in a perfect location for families. It's big and can fit plenty. It seems they're in the middle of upgrading it and we loved the kitchen and how it was well stocked with anything you could need. That being said, we had a wonderful week! Had a minor issue with the fridge at checkin that resolved itself, but Renee was available to help immediately. The only cons were that the pools were closed and we specifically picked this condo for the indoor and outdoor pools since we have little ones. We also found some random trash and sand under the beds and couches. I have an infant who finds everything and puts it in her mouth, so that's why we noticed it. That's probably the cleaning company missing things? We did enjoy our stay and would stay again!

Total Enjoyment
I was pleasently surprised at this location. I read the reviews and they were very positive so I gave it a try. The reviews and the pictures do not do this place justice. I am disappointed that I could not fully enjoy the location because we had horrible weather but the place made up for the fact we stayed in alot. The decoration and the size of the rooms were to die for. When my daughter opened the door all she could say was OMG the view is breathe taking. We watched a wedding on the beach. So beautiful. I am very very particular and the place was so clean. I actually think they must have just brought new funiture and renovated the place. Very easy to check in. The host was amazing and made me feel welcomed. If I had to find something I do agree with another reviewer that one room needs new box springs for the 2 beds but it was not a deal breaker at all for us. Because of this, my rating is a 9.8 out of 10. I forgot my firestick... no worries every room had cable and the living room has a smart tv so we logged into netflix. I loved being next to the elevator, it made it easy to get our stuff in and out. I dont want to bore anyone...I can go on and on how great this place is. Will for sure stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Some pros, some cons
The building itself is old and unattractive. The staff at check-in is less than helpful. You have to pay to park at the condo building and if anyone else arrives in a separate car, they have to park a block away and pay again. This made coordinating to go anywhere very cumbersome with someone having to walk back and forth all the time to park and retrieve the car. There are three elevators for 23 floors of condo units and getting your stuff up to the unit is a beast. Then the unit itself has had some updates but it cannot make up for the age of the building. Overall, it was clean-ish but I couldn’t figure out if the rugs in the living and dining room were actually brown/gray or just woefully dirty. The “white” bath mat in the master bath was unusable dirty. The shower doors had been removed and replaced with just a curtain and tension rod. The screen door to the terrace wouldn’t stay on the track and forget having more than 3 people on it at the same time. But the oceanfront view is nice. And the owner is responsive. I just didn’t think my dislike of the place was something that could be fixed with having someone come in and do something — unless the whole building could be upgraded. I feel bad leaving a negative review but felt it necessary to be honest.
