The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. Sofa was recently purchased and is a queen size sleeper. The sleeper sofa mattress has been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. Stove/oven and refrigerator were recently replaced as well. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a large flat screen in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum.
