Take a well-deserved break at this stellar, two-story townhouse located just a few blocks from the bay, the ocean, and the Delaware/Maryland state line. This bright and updated vacation rental includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes, an attached breakfast bar and a nearby dining table for meals, laptops, or rainy day games, and a sunlit living area with a large, sectional sofa, desk and chair, and a TV for movie nights. Outside, fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home cooked menu or just sit on the deck or the upper-level balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

WE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS HOUSE AND THEY WERE NEVER ADDRESSED - INCLUDING FIRE ALARMS NOT WORKING, NOT BEING ABLE TO USE WASHING MACHINE AND MUSTY ODOR THROUGHOUT HOME

Nice neighborhood
This rental is located in a great family friendly neighborhood. Very nice area. Walk to beach was manageable, about 10 to 15 min, with 2 children. Beds are comfortable. Really large couch downstairs is great to lounge around. My main complaint is the air conditioning. Works great downstairs, was almost unbearable to be upstairs. Was not cooling at all regardless of adjusting thermostat. Hope they remedy this issue. If so would recommend. Always enjoy using vacasa. Highly recommend. Have had great experiences and will use again.

Lovely house in a great neighborhood but cleanliness was not up to par.
The home was spacious and bedrooms were comfortable. My kiddo loved the massive couch/ottoman setup. Kitchen dishes and cooking tools were adequate, however we couldn't find grilling tools anywhere. Parking was easy. The smart lock/keyless entry wasn't working. We called Vacasa Local and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful with that. We tried using the Wifi for the smart TV in the living room and my kiddo's tablet and both were constantly buffering. The hotspot on my phone worked a lot better. The cleanliness of the home was a problem though. Kitchen surfaces were dirty/greasy. There was dried/caked on food on the refrigerator door and several of the dining chairs. Safety rails in both bathrooms were broken. There was excrement on the OUTSIDE of the upstairs toilet. Linens were fresh (which we knew from the bag of dirty linens on the front steps), however there were stains on the bedspreads in both bedrooms. Customer service was alerted within an hour of our arrival, but we never did hear anything from the local team. We really loved the house and would totally stay again... if it were clean. I'm just generally disappointed with the customer service. Ideally the property manager would've called and offered to send someone out to clean up. At the very least, I'd expect a phone call and an apology. But nothing happened and we ended up cleaning on our vacation.

Successful weekend stay
This place was clean and even nicer than we expected. I stayed with 4 of my friends and we honestly could have had more people with how big and comfy the couch was. It had everything we needed to make a comfortable stay. Checking in and out was seamless. We really enjoyed our time here.

Easy, breezy Ocean City rental!
We were in town for a dance competition. This rental offered us affordable accommodations in peaceful residential area just blocks from the beach. While we loved the proximity to the beach, the ability to enjoy some rest and relaxation off the main strip was ideal. The kitchen amenities and the quaint back patio were ideal; the beds and pillows were perfect. Our favorite part? The rocking chair on the bedroom balcony where we could start our day watching the sky turn blue while enjoying the cool ocean breezes!

Clean, quiet, nice furnishings—we recommend!
