Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with tile and hardwood floors and new furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV . Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. A great condo for a couple to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Located in Midtown so it's close to everything on the island. Sunset views from the balcony are marvelous. Highly recommend.

So the location was perfect and very convenient. Loved the patio area to watch the sunsets and have an evening drink. Small walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Having to bring my own bedding and towels was a huge inconvenience and I won't book here again for that reason.

Have stayed here multiple times and my family always has a great time. Wonderful location next to Alley Oops arcade and bowling, beer store, pizza restaurant and beach across the street.

Great Condo, Great View
This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a block and half away. Plus there is a bus stop on the same block, making it easy to get to the boardwalk or anywhere on Coastal Highway.

Absolutely Perfect!
My best friend and I impulsively booked this trip and it was everything we could have asked for. Listing is extremely accurate, and the location is perfect for beach sunrise walks and watching bay sunsets right from the patio. Condo was very clean and host made check in and check out a breeze. Perfect getaway spot right between the bay and the ocean less than 5 minute walk to Fagers Island! The binoculars provided were the perfect touch to watch the birds on the balcony! Perfect view of beautiful sunrises. Great location overall! Very comfortable and relaxing!

Comfy and cozy; just perfect!
We traveled with our 101-year-old mum and were happy that the listing was extremely accurate! Very accessible, street level condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we did/did not think of. The sunsets were perfect and the location was just close enough to the beach. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends/family! Thank you for the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway with our Super Senior, double thumbs up!
