Perfect place to stay for a family
This location and amenities worked out perfect! Nice amount of space for our family of 5. Views are amazing. Beach access is easy and takes only minutes to be on the beach and set up. Would definitely stay here again

Great view- very clean
Except for none of the light were plugged in. The place had a great view from front and back balconies. Overall the place was clean but again the floor felt sandy when we first walked in. Check in was easy and the night security lady was helpful. Clean bed sheets and plenty of towels. The whole building had a welcome feeling and clean

Clean but kinda shabby
The condo was cute and kept clean but can def use lots of improvements. The lamps didn’t work or were missing bulbs. We couldn’t figure out how to use the tvs - there’s 5 different controllers and only a few worked. Most were missing batteries. They need to have instructions on how to watch tv. There was no toilet paper we had to buy it. If you ate dinner at the table you bang your head off the super low hanging light. The doors wouldn’t close, the bedrooms and the bathrooms (awkward). THE VACCUUM does not work! We tried to clean and it doesn’t pick up any dirt. There are no locks on the balcony sliding doors - there NEEDS to be locks!! Ice machine would be nice too. Also the security guard was a jerk. The pool is cool though and it’s convenient to go to the beach with the showers when you get back.

Spectacular views!
From morning till night, you will never get tired of the views! Watch the tide come in, watch the tide go out...it never gets old. Condo is very comfortable, was well cleaned & has everything you need. Security downstairs was VERY helpful.

First of all please take note...there are stairs within the unit, upstairs bedroom, the sliding door does not open and gets super warm.....all outside doors lock at midnight...we stayed off season and the building was quiet which was great! Location was fabulous.....

Exceeded expectations
Smooth process from reservation through move out. Friendly and accommodating office staff and security. Immaculately clean building, condo, and pool. Prepare for steps inside the unit as well as accessing the building. There are carts and a service elevator, which was handy if a bit unwieldy. Gorgeous views of bay and ocean. Good grocery store and coffee right across the street. This unit had everything we could need for a longer stay, and we were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

STEPS! Be careful
It was a beautiful condo, but be aware that the main entrance is to the master bedroom and you need to do down a couple short flights to be on the main floor. The rooms were comfy and the views AMAZING ( you get both the bay and beach). The condo made me feel like I was living in a fishbowl. In addition to steps to enter the main level there are loads of steps to get to the beach. If you are handicape I would not recommend this place but otherwise, I promise it will not disappoint. Though, next time I want to be closer to the boardwalk. Go! Enjoy! It's a beautiful and very well maintained unit.

Distance to the beach cannot be beat. Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Upstairs bedroom window didn't open which was disappointing since air was not cold upstairs. Also a strange set up having to drag all of the luggage down the stairs to the kitchen and 2nd bedroom area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. :)
