We rented this condo for my daughter’s 15th birthday and it was perfect. Perfect location from the beach to the stores around it made it so convenient. The host responded so quickly and even recommended places to eat. I will be booking this place every year when we get away!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The listing pictures are great but you will be happily surprised with the condo’s size/ layout and how close it is to the beach. Also the fact it’s on the 1st floor near a stairwell and elevator makes it easy and fast to get too. We’re looking forward to going back again!

Everything was literally at your finger tips. You could walk in any direction and find what you needed. Steps away from the beautiful beach and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Had a fantastic time and stay here

Great location!
The rental was exactly as advertised, made for a great stay. You’re able to see the sun rise in the morning from the balcony and watch the sun set in the evening with just a short walk across the street. The property manager was very responsive, easy to reach. The entrance to the beach is a two minute walk from the building, if that! Many restaurants and stores surrounding you, or within driving distance. Would definitely visit again!

About this weekend
The property was very lovely , the couch was to die for . The pictures was very accurate, the place was even better in person. The only issue was the lack of products , no hand soap in the bathroom, no rags or towels and the broom didn’t have its dustpan. I understand some stuff would be brought but could at least provide more for the stay .

Great location, large living space
I have stayed in this building but in a different condo. I loved the larger kitchen and open living space in this unit and it fit the needs of 4 adults and 3 kids. Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and in a quieter area even though it's across from the fire station. We had one small issue with a broken toilet seat upon arrival that the owner wasn't aware of and he was more than accommodating to provide a partial refund as we replaced it for him. Very happy with our stay.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. I’ve been going to Ocean City for over 20 years and I honestly have to say this is the first place that was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. Nothing. A perfect 10!

Nice condo with excellent location
Very nice condo that was recently updated. Very long hallway. Bedrooms were nice and neat, clean and up to date with ceiling fans and flatscreen TV’s. Large living room and decent size kitchen. Some pots and mixing bowls were missing so we went and purchased some and the owner immediately offered to reimburse us for them. Very easy to communicate with the owner via text. Would stay here again.
