2BR Family Friendly Condo, Close to Attractions

This prime Ocean City condo offers two bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom, overlooking the bay, features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a coffee pot, dishware, pots and pans, and a toaster, allowing you to dine in or out as you please. The open common area has a dining table for six and a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy sunsets over the bay from the furnished balcony or patio. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and all linens and towels provided.

Resort amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fishing or crabbing dock, and an outdoor sitting area with sun loungers. The location is close to outlet shopping, the ocean city trolley, amusement parks, and the boardwalk. The building is equipped with an elevator.

Salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not provided.

A refundable deposit of $250 per week (up to $1,000 for stays of four weeks or more) is required, taken by credit card at check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21, with a photo ID required.

This is a dog-friendly resort. Pet fee of $125 for one dog or $185 for two dogs, plus 11% tax per unit, payable upon check-in. Max: 2 dogs per unit 70lbs max weight limit per dog. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

The pool and hot tub will be closed for about two weeks from March 11, 2025
