Guest may take 20 steps from there OCEAN FRONT condo straight onto the beach in the heart of Ocean City surrounded by Put-put, incredible local restaurants, and other attractions just a couple streets away! Almost anything you can imagine is just a short walk away however if reluctant to walk or drive yourself the OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline! Additional free parking can be found curb side up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street as well!

All you need!
This place has the best view! You can see so far down the beach both ways and the dolphins were spotted every day! The location was great and we all agreed we'd be back for another trip here!

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect location, steps away from the beach and in a spot where the beach was noticeably less crowded than on nearby streets with big condos or hotels. Will definitely be back! Only recommendation would be to bring a Roku or something similar because the TV only gets a few channels

The most beautiful OCEANFRONT CONDO I have ever stayed at!!! This place is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated! Communication with Host/Staff was incredible. This is a great place for adults as well as families with small children. Been coming to Ocean City since I was child. Now in my 50’s, this is my new favorite place to stay, hands down. Will definitely be back!

Great Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, minutes from everything OCM has to offer! The property check-in was a breeze. The communication with the property management was excellent. We came to OC to celebrate our anniversary. We are both over 75 yrs of age and have some health issues so this is probably our last trip to see the ocean. This unit was the right size for us. The living room with the balcony looking out on the ocean was great. We got up early to watch the sunrises. Unit was clean and it was as described in online ad. The location was very good as it was close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay.

Spectacular views and perfectly appointed.
The condo was the perfect home base for our family of five to spend a week in Ocean City. We loved being only steps from the amazing beach, as well as very much enjoyed the views from the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's located near everything we needed (grocery stores, great restaurants, putt-putt, etc...) and is close enough to the boardwalk that you could easily visit but still be able to leave the crowds behind. And, the unit was clean and comfortable, with all of the necessary things we needed to make it our 'home' for the week. Highly, highly recommend!

This lovely condo provided an excellent vacation for my family. Right on the beach with spectacular views, dolphins every day, the sea air swirling around as you sip your coffee in the morning...just lovely. I love a modern, clean, crisp home and this condo was that. They also had everything you needed from pots to pans, utensils, kitchen gadgets, it was stocked. It is a short walk to The Ropewalk, one of our favorite restaurants, Bull on the Beach, The Fractured Prune-coffee, donuts, stores and much more. We will be back.

Good location
The property is as described. Living room sofa was a perfect spot to watch for dolphins and other life. With the weather being bad for our stay we loved it. Saw a dolphin and a fox! However, the cleaning of floor in living room left a lot to be desired. There was sand on the floor and under the throw rug. The throw rug needed to be turned because there was a corner that was a trip hazard. Patio door glass really needed to be cleaned and the framing around it too! The 2nd shower is so small it was difficult to rinse and not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo for anyone with thick hair. It would be better if it had a wand and an adjustable head to help increase pressure of water.

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4. Our host’s contact, Bob at OC Beachfront Rentals could NOT have been more perfect. Any question I had, was answered in minutes regardless of when I sent it. When I needed an item, it was on the doorstep within 20 minutes. When I gave feedback on how things in the unit might be tweaked, he was receptive to my suggestions. We were so very, very pleased. Can’t wait to get back!!!

The property is in an excellent location and has some very nice finishes but could use some love. A deep cleaning for one thing. Ceiling fans were filthy and closets were so piled w linen that you couldn’t hang much. The screen door is busted so we couldn’t use it. The tv in the second bedroom does not work. Overall it was worth what we paid. Thank you

Overall an alright stay
The condo smelled clean like bleach and there was no sand on the floor of the unit. There was sand on the balcony along with chocolate fingerprints on the thermostat and the blender. There was also hair and left over soap residue from the guests that were there previously. There also weren’t any wash cloths. We went to roses to get some, gave them a good wash, and left them behind for the next guests to use. All in all, it wasn’t horrible, but if I have to clean on vacation instead of relaxing, it’s not the best sign.

Overall my husband and I were happy. One thing that did disappoint us was with the tv as there were only 13 channels available, which if you are renting out a unit you should have access to all cable stations; this is our second issue with a rental property with this. the tv in the bedroom did not work either. overall the manager was very accommodating otherwise and the place was very clean. the couch was not comfortable at all though so maybe get some more comfortable furniture. View was amazing so would most likely stay here again. Very quite as well.
