Spacious 3 Bed/Den 4 Bath Garaged Town house located in Seaside Village in West Ocean City. Short walk to the outlets and many great restaurants! Easy commute or bus ride to the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Large community pool and fitness center in season. Two separate family rooms allow for plenty of space for large or multi family stays! Dogs Welcome!

Although we do allow a max occupancy of 14 people there are only spaces for 11 in beds. There are two sofas and you are welcome to bring air mattresses!

First Floor: Garage and large den with sectional and sleep sofa as well as a full bathroom and flat screen TV/DVD player.

Second Floor: Family room with TV/DVD player. Half bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large dining table perfect for big groups. Second floor deck overlooking open space area and pond with high bar top table and chairs.

Third Floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and king size bed has memory foam mattress. Private bath with large shower. Flat screen TV. Third floor deck off master with Adirondack chairs and beautiful views of OC. Second bedroom with queen size bed and memory foam mattress. Flat screen TV. Third bedroom has bunk beds. Double on the bottom and single on top. Flat screen TV. Second full bathroom with tub. Conveniently located full size front load washer/dryer.

We stayed at this house this past week. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. It was great that this home was dog friendly. Our puppy was able to come with us and enjoy the beach for the first time. This was our first all family vacation in many years, and everyone enjoyed it. Nothing could have went better. We had everything we needed in the rental. It was very clean when we entered. It was definitely as advertised. It was a beautiful home. It is also very nicely placed for a great OC experience. Shops, entertainment, food, gas station, etc. The owner was extremely nice and present when needed. He called us on the way in to ensure everything was fine, he took his time to help us with the keyless door. Everyone had a fantastic time abs enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. The was a five star experience.

Looks just like the pictures. The first level of living was where our teenagers stayed. It was great because we could not hear them playing video games all night. 2nd floor was where we spent the most time on the deck. Beds were comfortable. 3rd floor laundry was a plus. Bring your own linens and toiletries. Grill available as well as beach supplies. Walking distance to anything food, shopping, movies. Far enough away from the beach to avoid the crowds but we walked there too.

Great vacation home for the family
This was a great property really close to some awesome beaches. Shops and restaurants were with walking distance. We had 13 people stay for a week and we were are comfortable. Would give it 5 stars but it could use a little updating with the paint and some of the carpets were a little used. We have stayed at a few different places in O.C and this was near the top.

Great location with a short drive to both the Ocean City boardwalk and Assateague. Spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and sofa-beds for two families. Never had an issue with bathrooms or hot water, even with teenagers. The place is clean, and in good shape. Some nice touches, like foldable dog crates in the garage, washer/dryer, and a keurig with some k-cups. Jamie was responsive, and replied immediately when we had a question. Wouldn't mind booking this place again.

We had a great stay. This home has lots of space?? The pictures represent the layout well. The king bed was super comfortable. The queen bed was squeaky when anyone turned over. The outdoor deck with table and chairs was where we spent most of our time. The washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen stocked well with appliances and dishes. Guests should bring their own soap and toiletries as well as trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets. Communication was delayed sometimes, but eventually completed within 1-3 days. Biggest downfall was having to rent bed linens, bath and kitchen towels.
