Dine while gazing the at the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area seats eight and faces a wall of sliding glass doors. Or socialize on the second story bar that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beach.

Inside you will find ten foot ceilings with full glass windows to maximize the these astonishing views. The open floor plan creates a space perfect to accommodate multiple families.

With floor to ceiling windows, you can watch the spectacular morning sunrise. Don't worry, with remote controlled motorized blinds one push of a button and the room becomes dark. Or you can read a book or drink your coffee in your private nook.

If that's not enough, the most impressive views, in my opinion, are from the second floor balcony. Socialize at the bar or watch television. This covered space will quickly become your favorite.

This home has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to families with children. Please respect the age requirement; homes are monitored closely and we would hate to have to ask you to leave. No beer pong aficionados please- Our home is for grown adults & their responsible friends and family. It is not a party house.

Parking Notes: There is a paid parking lot located at the ferry terminal for you to leave your vehicle- we encourage that you allow for extra time during the peak travel season.
