"This is a great hotel with a lovely Bistro and a two Michelin star restaurant. We ended up extending our two day stay to four days. We didn’t eat at the Michelin restaurant but did eat at the Bistro which was lovely. Unfortunately the Bistro was either booked out or closed for three of the nights we stayed so I recommend checking in advance if you do not want to drive to restaurants away from the hotel. Staff were exceptional. "

The room was very beautiful along with the views from our windows. The staff was so accommodating, my husband had a problem with his bicycle and they had someone there to help him. "Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per tre persone due adulti e un bambino abbiamo avvisato la struttura che saremmo arrivati alle 19:30 20.00 , al nostro arrivo però la stanza non era pronta abbiamo inoltre fatto presente che eravamo in due anziché tre ma secondo loro la prenotazione era solo per due e ci hanno messo in una stanza doppia? Ci sono stati consegnati due asciugamani doccia un asciugamano viso due tappetini da doccia... Abbiamo consumato la colazione in due cappuccio e brioche arrivate...

"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening... Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock. They advertise a hot...
