"An excellent stay at the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurants excellent, as was the breakfast. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Security was high and we felt very safe. The beach and sports facilities were wonderful. "Hotel was comfortable enough. Location was ok although right next to a local mosque so 5:30am wake up call but regionally to be expected. Laundry service was very annoying as clothes not delivered to room and had to call to get at 10pm and then staff turned up half later demanding payment rather than adding to my bill. I had already told them I needed to go to sleep.. so message to hotel is make the procedure clearer "
