"Beautiful house and pool, and spotlessly clean. View over the valley and meals outside everyday made for a wonderfully relaxing week. Road up the hill to the property is single track, but fully tarred road and we got used to it pretty quickly. Enjoyed a delicious meal in Livade on our last night. A really great holiday for us all ( 3 teen/student aged "children" and parents) Thank you !"

"We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

"We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. She had kindly gifted us a bowl of fruit and some cold drinks when we arrived which was lovely of her and a pleasant surprise. The rooms were cool as the air...

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It was a great space to hang out in, cook, swim, read and even bake! Its so quiet and in a beautiful rural area a stones throw away from Motovun and lots of other places of interest. We loved our morning walks in this garden of eden abundant with flora and fauna. EV charging at the house was a real bonus too. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing the perfect place. "

The Villa is in a beautiful spot, no immediate neighboring properties, surrounded by beautiful fields and with a beautiful view over the countryside. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully refurbished, with all most modern amenities present (air con in all rooms, protection from mosquitoes on all windows, TV/DVD player, play station, books available, utility room has washing machine and dryer, kitchen...

"The villa is beautiful in a relaxing, private location. The photos dont do it justice its much better in real life. Its well equipped and has plenty to keep both adults and children occupied. "Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Trieste, very good value for money, especially considering the price of the hotels nearby. The bed had a firm mattress, as I like it, and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. I loved the style of the apartment - very Italian, with parquet floor and visible stone bricks. Would definitely return!"

"It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean in the middle of everything. It is so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the city. The staff is really good and the restaurant is good as well. We loved our terrace/balcony and sat out every afternoon. It was a great stay. "

"Lovely 150 year old historic hotel in the heart of the Opatija Riviera. The owners appear to be slowly renovating the place so that's good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. And the sea water pool (yes that's seawater!!) is awesome. Would definitely stay here again."
