"Great value for money. Good transportation connections into town. Tram stop is a 2min walk away. Also plenty of eat outs places within short distance (and very affordable). Particularly enjoyed the eat out in infront of the tram stop serving local cuisine. Broad range of delicious food where the menu was also changed daily which was great!! "Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "
