"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"Wonderful experience at this new hotel / restaurant in Malacky, just north of Bratislava. Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area. The restaurant / bar is exceptional and the best in the area in my opinion. The hotel has only 10 rooms and 1 apartment. Very clean, modern and well appointed rooms. "Fantastic place directly in the old town. Rooms where modern, clean and spacious. Room was quiet. Bed where comfortable and the is a heater if you need it. Comes with a kitchenette if you prefer to cook small meals. A full fridge and washing machine if you must. Staff where friendly, polite and informative. The shower had quick hot shower with plenty of room in the bathroom for everything. Good value for money would happily stay again."
