"Great location for innumerable hikes and all kinds of biking. Amazing food, simple but spacious room. No toiletries except for a bar soap. Bathroom tiny but sufficient. A kettle to make coffee/tea would be nice. If driving, go via Hinterhelmsdorf and do not follow google maps as those lead through almost impassable backroads. "

"We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Easy walk to cross over to old town. Also close to restaurants without going to old town. On busy street but quiet the nights we were there. "The apartment was spacious and had great views. We stayed for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. However, there are some drawbacks. My biggest complaint was that the windows did not have any screens and we spent the better part of the first evening killing all the critters that had come in the windows. Some we didn't even want to open because we could see so many spiders on the outside of them (up to 10 in one window).There were no fans in the apartment so it was rather stuffy...

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "

"Fabulous hotel! Across the street from probably the most interesting site in town (Dresden Zwinger, looks like an old palace, with museums), and about 2 blocks walk to the town's centra; square where they hold oldest Christmas market in Europe. Restaurants all around. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Zwinger. We had the XXL suite, and our kids loved the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the other comfortable beds. All very clean, nice kitchen and bathroom, great value....
