"We checked into to the hotel on Sunday, October 1st after a 5 hour drive. The self check-in worked fine and we retreived our key. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that the room had not be cleaned from the prior guest. The sheets were dirty, there were pizza boxes in the trash, the towel were wet, and there was hair in the shower pan. "Excellent location slap bang in the centre. Excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. Room was small but comfortable bed. Well kitted our room but could have done with some coat hooks. Main issue was that room was not cleaned every day and even had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). "Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate.
