"We were EXTEMELY dissatisfied with the Zum Schweizerbartl hotel. When we arrived to check in, the hotel was dark, the front door was locked, the back door was locked, and nobody was there. It was starting to get dark and cold, and thank goodness our taxi driver (Martin Weiss - great guy!) stayed to make sure we were ok. "The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine.
