"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and clean, overlooking the lovely schloss gardens. Very quick access to St. Johannes Market via the Alte Brucke. Nice quiet neighborhood and a dedicated parking spot through the courtyard. We had a minor issue with the shower draining and the owner took care of it immediately. We felt this apartment offered incredible value for the price. We will try to book this property again when we return to the Saarbrucken...

Cooking oil, spices, kitchen paper, tea, coffee (cups and ground), detergents, coal for the BBQ, everything is there. We did not found the airconditioning which was mentioned in the description (we did not ask the owner, because it was not necessary)."

"The apartment is huge -- it is two full floors. The amount of space we had for our party of 4 was almost ridiculous. It is also comfortable and well-appointed. We stayed in Saarburg as a convenient place to visit Luxembourg and Trier, so it was a pleasant surprise how much we enjoyed Saarburg itself. This rental was a highlight of our trip.
