"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to the Christmas market and in a central location to get around the major sites. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and walk in shower. There is a taxi stand not even 5 minutes away although we walked most everywhere. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming which made our stay memorable. In particular, Sylvia at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us with last minute dinner reservations at the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner thanks to her! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

It's a short but interesting walk to the hauptmarkt, Karl Marx's birthplace and museum, Trier Dom, Porta Nigra, and other sights. I'd happily stay here again. "
