"Lovely spacious apartment that provided everything a traveller needs in the heart of the old town. Host assisted us with parking close to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. On the plus side this apartment gives lovely views over Jesuitenplatz."

"Wir waren vom 28.12.-02.01.2024 in der Gästewohnung, welche sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit liebe renoviert und dekoriert ist. Gleich am Anfang wurden wir auf den Betten von Nikoläusen und Gummibärchen überrascht. Der Pool und die Sauna bieten Entspannung und sind ein absolutes Highlight dieser Ferienwohnung. Kevin ist absolut zuverlässig,freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung und Events. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, auch die kleine Tochter (knapp über zwei Jahre)...

"We were met by the care taker. Parking was a bit a way from the apartment, but made for a nice little walk. The apartment is up a couple flights of stairs. (This happens to be normal in a lot of German rentals.) The apartment was clean and spacious. Pamphlets of things to do were provided on the dresser in the front of the apartment. "Good stay (one night). Bed comfy, nice shower products. Check in is difficult for foreigner without cell phone coverage. We couldn't find wifi until we finally drove to the train station in order to call to tell the owner that we were there. Owner's mother came to let us in and was very pleasant."

"We liked the fact that it was just opposite the Rathaus! In the middle of the Altstadt! That was very convenient especially at night after the night walks or dining. The property was clean, easy to find from Koblenz Hbf and near bus stops. Excellent stay, I would stay there again!"

"The apartment/ home in Koblenz was a wonderful stop for our family. The home was spacious and had beautiful views of the city and river. It was well equipped for us to cook a few meals from. It was a little tricky to find at first, but the detailed instructions were very helpful and we were able to do so. Our host was wonderful!! She was always Quick and ready to respond to our Request or questions. We would highly recommend this property!!!"
