"Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place. "

"very good location but the room was dirty and was not cleaned during our stay. Smellym, the whole property and parking spots are less than units so you can end up with no availble parking"
