Am 11.12.24 und am 27.12.24 wurde über das Portal von FeWo dirket eine Nachfrage bezüglich des Checkin an den Gastgeber geschrieben, beide ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch konnte man niemand erreichen, SMS und WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."
