"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. "Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away."

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. Overall the service was the crowning jewel of our experience. My husband injured himself during our snowboarding run so we came down the mountain early. Although the pick-up timeframe hadn't begun yet, the shuttle driver came down early for us. Also; the front desk reception...

"we enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a homey feeling, country style of the past, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet surrounding, in walking distance to the main ropeway station, and a most gracious front desk, all this making a great holiday though a bit short. was looking forward to return but it will not happen to my regret."
