"The hotel is old and has not been repaired. Rooms are small and have no hot water. The only plus is that it is the center. I would not go to this hotel for the second time."

"It is a fair 4 star hotel, with a breakfast just little exceeding the standard. "

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...

"The Alegro Hotel has been demolished and you confimred my booking and took my money for it. I expect a full refund and substantial compensation for the great inconvenience, wasted time, additional expenses and upset this has caused. Your urgent response will be appreciated.
