Majestic Moose Lodge- Oark Cabin Rentals

This beautiful cabin is directly on the Mulberry River in Oark Arkansas. You will not find a better location. The cabin is rustic but has all the modern conveniences of home. The cabin is within 1/2 mile from Oark General Store and 2.5 miles from Catalpa Café. You can ride on miles and miles of trails with NO trailering required to explore the Ozark National forests. The River is perfect for swimming, canoeing, or for just sitting on the porch and listening to it flow over the rocks. You will enjoy your stay regardless of the time of year. A propane grill is provided and I would bring some firewood for the porch swing fire pit. We also have a full rv hook up for and additional $30/night.

Weekend riding trip, it was a quick get away but would not hesitate going back. The view is great and off road trails all around. Great restaurant right across the street.

4 nights for family reunion. Very quiet and peaceful. Was somewhat disappointed the creek was really low. But that no fault of owners. Enjoyed coming back after being gone for 50+ years other than more foliage hasn’t changed a whole bunch.

LOVE this Cabin!!!
This cabin is fantastic! It is right on the Mulberry River, so the view is great. The outdoor space for lounging includes a fire pit with porch swings surrounding it. It's a great place to just hang out! The porch overlooking the river has rocking chairs for relaxing. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with good cookware and dishes.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was easy access to the river and my family and I got to swim in it in July. The cabin itself is very beautiful as well and my family of six fit perfectly. It is very secluded and was perfect for what we were looking for. I highly recommend booking this place!

Excellent place to unplug
Our family of 9 stayed a few days for the 4th. The property was very clean and very well furnished. While we hoped for a little higher river level it was July and made the best of it. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin but did make a couple of trips to the general store. The driveway is just a tad shy of 1/2 mile so made for a nice morning walk. The swings around the firepit was a wonderful place to just sit and unwind. Kris was very prompt with responding to messages and quite helpful. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful property
Our family loved this little slice of heaven. The cabin was spotless. Communication with the manager was great. Listening to the turquoise water of the Mulberry flowing over small rapids was very relaxing. We fished, grilled, swam, and built a fire in the fire pit. It’s a wonderful place.

The comfiest cabin
We wanted to spend a Christmas away from home but still be comfy and cozy. This cabin was just it, the Christmas decor was beautiful inside and out. 6 beds plus a pull out was more then enough room. The view in the morning while watching the sunrise is stunning. We will absolutely be coming back in April with more family and friends.

Trail riding trip
We selected this property because it is easy to access the trail system and the absolute bonus is it is super close to 3 really great restaurants which is important as we do not cook meals on vacation. But if you wanted to cook all the kitchen items are there. Just plan ahead as there are no grocery stores in this area. The wet wether River right behind the cabin was amazing to splash in as well as just look at while relaxing on the covered deck. This cabin sleeps 8, but only has one full bathroom and a half bath upstairs, something to consider should you want to travel with a lot of people. It was perfect for our needs and we will book here again!

First trip to Arkansas from Texas, and it blew our minds! The property owner was easy to get in touch with, responding to any questions I had within a minute or two. It had everything we could possibly want…clear blue/green water, breathtaking scenery, more land than we could possibly hope to explore, close proximity to many hiking trails, beds and beds galore for everyone, cleanliness, supplies… I could go on an on. We have stayed in many rental houses, but this is the first one I know we will be coming back to. Thank you for giving my family memories that will last a lifetime.
