At this price point not much to complain about. It’s tidy a little dated but has all the things you need for an overnight stay. It’s near the main road so a bit of traffic noise but so are many of the motels in oamaru.

Room was big, but everything was old. Bed worn out 10 years ago, couches needed to be cleaned, sticky. Wooden furniture hadn’t been cleaned correctly, finish was sticky. Not recommended unless they do some updating

Tired property, needs renovation, bed was very soft. Room was charged to credit card on morning of booking before we arrived. Even though we phoned ahead to notify late arrival, office was locked and took several minutes to raise manger from their sleep. Office was again locked on morning of departure.
