The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the hosts are always welcoming and accommodating. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. "Hosts obviously enjoy having guests. Real deal people. Multitude of things to do from the location. Cozy place to wait out the rain. Everything works the way they show. They seem to want to make it even better. We mountain biked Talking Rock, Carters Lake Almahdy loop (something to see), got a taste of Pinhoti II by Mulberry Gap, Fished Holly Creek, and Lake Selacoa. Private Fire-pit well stocked, grill starts with a touch. Blender works for smoothies. TV keeps you in touch. Bathroom...

"Great amenities, especially for the price. The house is starting to show some wear and tear though, and could use some TLC (for example: fraying carpet in the basement, wall dings & scratches in all bedrooms & basement, water rings on the ceiling in a few places, super-loud blower on upstairs gas fireplace). No major complaints - we enjoyed our stay!"

"My family enjoyed this cozy cabin. The deer visited us at least twice a deer for apples! We fed them from hand and it was a lovely experience. The fireplace at night and waterfall during the day were fabulous too! We enjoyed the lights in the backyard trees at nighttime. We would definitely return. The owners are easy to communicate with and very friendly people."

"The property was amazing and there was a firepit right down next to the stream that was wonderful. There was also a TeePee on the property that the grandchildren would love."

"Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was very helpful before and during our stay. Loved the cabin but didn’t like the driveway. It’s steep but was able to make it up in a regular truck no 4 wheel drive needed but would have made it easier. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The sound of the peaceful river rapids and the view from this cabin can't be beaten. The fire pit and the hot tub are in perfect locations to soak it all in. The cabin was well appointed for all of our needs. The comfortable beds made for a great night's rest! Would definitely love to stay here again! "

"We enjoyed our short getaway to Ellijay and the cabin was just as pictured! Love the decor and all furniture was so comfy! We spent a lot of time on the deck as the weather was perfect. Downtown was only a 10-minute drive. Roo Winery (5 min away) is a MUST see. We enjoyed the views and had a great lunch. "

"We appreciated being able to stay in this cabin. If you are looking for seclusion, it's here! The kitchen was well appointed, and there would be plenty of space for 4-6 people throughout the cabin.The place came stocked with firewood, including kindling which was great because it rained, and plenty of fishing supplies that I didn't get to use unfortunately. "My wife and I, and our little puppy stayed here to celebrate my 47th birthday. Loved, loved, loved it. Close enough to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Everything was excellent."

"The house and the property were perfect for our group of 8 women who get together every year (have done this for 47 years!). The fire pit was so nice; the porch with rockers was great; and the living spaces were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!"
