"The front desk staff was wonderful. I was visiting for a family emergency. I ended up losing my Dad while I was staying. The front desk staff went out of their way to comfort me, gave me a box of Kleenex, hugs, and were so kind. So appreciated it. I look forward to my next stay. "

"I liked it. Not the Ritz Carleton, but not paying for the Ritz. It was close to the friends we were visiting, and we paid extra for a room with a separate living room. It was a wrap around the elevator, so I was concerned about noise, but it was perfect. And the breakfasts were really good. Staff was very nice. It is sort of behind a McDonalds and Starbucks, it was fine. Stayed 3 nights, so pretty good sense. Did not use maid service, we don’t like people in the rooms, but maids were very polite in halls. "
