This is the second year that we have stayed at this property, the amenities are great and the spacious driveway allows for ample room for truck/boat parking as well as 2 covered parking spots for boats.
Cabin was more than we expected. Location was also great with 2 miles from interstate and 2 miles from long branch boat ramp! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely be back!
We have stayed at this cabin for the last 3 years on an annual fishing trip. It continues to be the most conveniently located for accessibility to multiple lakes. The property easily accommodates multiple boats. We will continue to stay here and would recommend this to others without hesitation.

Great accommodations for a fishing trip.
My group have been having annual fishing trips for over 20 years and this seems to be our best accommodation. Really loved the setup for boat parking, charging, fish cleaning and adequate lighting all around. Comfort seating in the family room. Nice bar set up. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice deep freezer on the back porch. Overall a very nice stay.
The surroundings overall were decent but could've been more cozy. The cleanliness and presentation inside and out could've been better...it matters! I paid to cover the property damage fee, because I care about the property of others. They should care enough as well to do more in advance for their Guest. No. It's not Gatlinburg but you are spending your money, some things matter 😒 we took pictures of such concerns

Overall our group was pleased with our stay. Plenty of room for a bunch of dudes going to a football game in Oxford. One bed looked slept on or unmade when we arrived. The keypad process on the front seemed backward. Needed a code to lock it, no code to unlock it. We used the deadbolt on the inside to lock it when we went to bed.
The property was great with ample parking for boats. This place is set up with anglers in mind but will 100% accommodate other parties. The property is well maintained and clean.
This listing was very accurate and was one of the best equipped homes we have stayed at. The location was a perfect retreat for an end of the year family bonding trip.
Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The location wasn’t super close to much else but the surrounding area was very pretty and serene. Our trip was just for a weekend but we gladly would have stayed longer.
Easy check in and out. Great property. Only problems we had with having large family there. Running out of hot water when everyone had to shower. No toaster. But we picked one up from store to use while there. It also said there was a hair dryer but we never found one.. Everything else was great! Would return again.
