Lovely home, needs some improvements
Host was Johnny on the spot anytime we needed him. Listing could have mentioned there was nothing in the kitchen as far as pantry items for cooking. No wine opener (we bought one to donate to the house) only one wine glass so we had to drink wine from plastic tumblers. Coffee maker was missing the insert so we could use the pods, but we managed with the ground coffee which was provided (a nice touch). Lovely jacuzzi tub in the main bath, but alas, it was non functioning. Hot tub was amazing. Guest bath needs work and I was surprised the problems mentioned in the August review had not been addressed yet. Dishwasher also seemed to be missing the bottom rack for plates, but we managed. The office bedroom was nice but the photo of it on the site was not accurate as that photo was only a different angle of the living room. The house itself is very nice and the area is fantastic. Dog loved being able to much about in the ravine outside and the fenced dog area was nice as well. Once all the remodeling and amenities are finished up, this is going to be a great place!

Great location!!! Killer views!!! The pool was amazing!!!
We had a nice time at our Vrbo. We were the first renters so please take this as more of an opportunity for growth than a bad review! The location of rental was top notch! Darren was very accommodating during our stay and assisted us with all concerns that came up on our visit. Had an issue with air conditioning not working and he sent someone out to repair immediately which made the stay comfortable during the heat of summer! Pool was amazing! The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable with fresh linens. Took advantage of the coffee bar and the tv had all apps from YouTube tv to Netflix. Master bath was spacious and provided all the toiletries and fresh towels for showers and pool. Could have used a book to help with the directions for pool and tv but figured it out pretty quickly. Was lacking a little decoration though out the house but as a new rental it was understandable and I anticipate in the future it will come along. We were a little disappointed that the guest bath had some issues with the shower being older and damaged soap dish that was broken and jagged edges along with the painted over tile.. but still functional. Could use some personal attention to details in the future. There was bit of dust on the blinds and vents so could have been cleaner and looked like there was some trash left out in the front yard from the cleaning crew. But overall we had a good experience and with Darren making all the extra effort we still had a great experience.
