Take full advantage of the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the inviting living room with comfortable furnishings and a wet bar. Enjoy breathtaking open views of the majestic mountains on every level of the home, and on the deck outside which features an electric grill and seating. Snuggle in for a movie night around the luxurious indoor fireplace, or take a dip in the hot tub to soak in glorious views of the skyline. With City Water line access for full water pressure all year long, a parking area for boats, along with an electrical hookup for EV/RV, and 24/7 available Sugar Pines Property Management, this mountain house promises you an unforgettable stay!
- Barefoot Bungalow, covered with Premium carpets wall to wall for your special winter comfort - NO SHOES ON CARPETS please!
- Pet Fee will be charged separately $120 per pet per reservation. No pets on Carpets or Furniture. Please reach out to us to open up Garage if you have pets. Garage is furnished but is used by owner for his personal belongings, guest are requested to keep them intact. Garage is NEVER to be used to park cars.
- Smoking is not allowed within 30 feet from the property. Please reach out to primary host for designated smoking areas where you can smoke. This is a fire-prone area and no smoking allowed in the deck or backyard as well. Any violation to the same will cause $500 penalty as disclosed to AirBnB.
- $50 Hot Tub fee will be withheld from Security Deposit, unless Hot tub is returned back clean, and temperature set at 80 F.
- Quiet Hours start at 9 PM, so no loud sound after that even if there are no neighbors in sight. All fires turned off after 10 as well.
- Treat as your own
- Security Deposit will be withheld for any violation to house rules.

Simply Majestic and Luxurious!
Simply Majestic and Luxurious! Yosemite is our favorite spot, but this is the first modern home we visited. Better in actual than the photos, and with extra sleeping provided not apparent in the pictures. Flowing creek in the backyard was the bonus we never expected. Surprisingly there were no neighbors, and the paved road never showed any cars, only walkers. We will be back in summer to explore the uphill trek, interestingly very cold in February, and snowy. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway. 5 stars!

Great house, clean and nice style and view surrounding
We had a group of 10 adults and 2 teens stayed 2 nights here. It’s very quiet and natural views in the backyard with hills and big trees. It’s nice house to stay with a big group and fire place is a bonus for winter. You can stay here to go to Yosemite and other places that closed by with reasonable prices than staying at resorts or hotels. It has kitchen and pool tables for cooking and entertainment. I like it and recommend you to book this place.
