Sugar Pines Property Management is available round-the-clock via AirBnB or the phone number provided for any guest inquiries or concerns. Local help is available from 8 AM - 8 PM within an hour. All houses are loaded with equipments and amenities , rules for the same can be found on stands all around the property.
China Creek originates from the Sierra National Forest and empties about 4 miles west into the Fresno River in Oakhurst, CA. The china creek has been famous for lumber and mining. And china creek neighborhood offers the most serene and tranquil pathways of freshwater from mountains amidst mature oak and pine trees. The wilderness by the water is spectacular and majestic, and attracts a lot of tourists for enjoying the forests, water activities, camping, bird and animal watching. A lot of deers come to china creek for water, and some lucky tourists can catch glimpse of black bears as well. Get your Binoculars out!
From Rte 426 en-route bass lake, take a right at Rte 423 immediately after the Oakhurst Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and then take a right at Rte 422 within half a mile. From there onwards, just come straight following signs of "Creekside Cabin" - you will see 3 signs, one in front of the Picket fence (come straight, do not follow maps henceforth), and two thereafter taking you all the way to the parking lot.

This mountain home is a unique charmer! Located by China Creek in Oakhurst just 9 miles from Bass Lake and 19 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Sitting on more than 1 acre of beautiful, mature oaks & shrubbery and just steps away from China Creek freshwater, you are sure to enjoy the wild life the creek and shade brings.
Welcome to Creekside Cabin, popularly known as China Creek Mountain House in all the maps. The house is into the forest, so some cautions are very important to make your stay nice and fun!. Please watch out for check-in instructions sent via email and notification 24-48 hours before check-in.
- Checkout is strictly at 10 AM, and Check-in is 4 PM. This is a big house and has more than 11 beds, sometimes even 6 hours is not enough, therefore we strongly encourage teams to convey the check-in time upfront with primary host.
- NO EVENTS or PARTIES are allowed. No LOUD NOISES after 9 PM, any Violation will be subject to a $500 penalty from Security Deposit.
- No Smoking or vaping inside the house at any cost, and we take a note of the same in cleaners report. Smoking or Vaping is allowed 25 feet or beyond from the premises, smoking or vaping anywhere inside or close to the property will incur a minimum $500 fee.
- Pets needs to be disclosed at the time of reservation (mandatory). Only crate-trained small pets less than 55 lb are allowed on the property. Pet fee is charged automatically by AirBnB. Any damage caused further will be deducted from the security deposit.
- ANY GUEST not disclosed in advance of check-in will be charged at DOUBLE the nightly guest charge for the duration of YOUR ENTIRE reservation.
No refunds for outages beyond hosts' control, (i.e. WiFi, electric, water, hot tub, etc.)
- Parking for FOUR vehicles included in price(no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond four is $25 per night arranged in advance (based on availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of YOUR entire stay.
- Outdoor cameras are for your security only, any tampering of the same will be considered as violation of rules. Please be assured that cameras will record feeds ONLY during check-in, checkout and quiet hours, and only management and homeowner will have access to the feeds. Motion-activated cameras are used for security all around the house, management will intimate guests about any wild animal or birds around property as soon as it gets a notification.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB:
By booking Creekside Cabin guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub and in consideration of facilities provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family, and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment, Cottage Club facilities, and private hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said facilities. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest. I agree to be solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub.
The tenant understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a hot tub. Tenant is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using the hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Children under the age of 12 years need to be supervised by the adult while using this hot tub otherwise children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub.
Tenant agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should Tenant or Tenant’s guests contaminate the water with glass, lotion, hair spray, liquids or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, Tenant agrees to an additional charge of $300.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean, and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. If at any time, there is a service call to correct chemical imbalances there is an additional charge of $50.00 per call out. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of my contract through Airbnb
I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of a hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death. By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub
