"Really nice staff, great games, warm fire place, beautiful land and pools"

"This hotel is easily in the top 3 that I’ve ever stayed. We had a 2 queen room on the 2nd floor, first week of April. Very professional, friendly and prompt front desk staff = amazing. The room was immaculate, as if everything was very new. Seriously, I bring disinfecting wipes to wipe everything down, and didn’t find any speck of stain or grime to clean. The room came with four bath towels, was VERY spacious with storage galore, a bench for luggage, a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, keurig, table and chairs, a desk and chair, plenty of outlets/USB ports, a great shower curtain with easy sliding curtain rod, bathroom towel hooks with bathroom shelves, AND it was soundproof. I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms when out in the hall, but heard nothing in our room. The mattress was OK, and we were so tired each day that sleep came easy. Water heated up quickly with good pressure. Free breakfast was OK, enough to get full and go. I wish this hotel’s standard was everywhere. Only thing is that the closer south entrance is mountainous and scenic (can be scary in winter), but it’s easier (and very pretty) to drive into Yosemite Valley from Mariposa. I would stay in Oakhurst again just for Yosemite Southgate."

"It was a great stay. The bed comfortable and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and all around a great place. Could use a few updates. I'm so glad they allow dogs. Ours was happy to be in a room, not in the car!"

"Perfect location for easy access to the park, and has good amount of food options nearby unlike some of the other towns! Cell service here as well, clean facilities, good place to stay!"

"This was a great bed and breakfast! Close to Yosemite, quiet, very comfortable bed, jet tub! and great rounded breakfast that set me off right for a day of hiking. DeeNa was very polite and helpful. She made I had great instruction on how to get to my room. Would highly recommend. "

"You will find beauty everywhere here, from the layout of the home and the decor to the natural landscape and creek running in the back yard. Everything is superb! The hosts are accommodating and great at communicating, but they are also sweet! We appreciated their courtesy and kindness.We spent the first day enjoying the property, the second exploring Yosemite, the third at the house again until late afternoon at Bass Lake, and the fourth getting ready to say goodbye. We hope to return again someday…maybe a colder season to enjoy the pellet stove. I would have stayed longer if I could!"
