"The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. "A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return. Well done to the owners for understanding their Clients needs. "

"Lovely cosy cottage set in beautiful surroundings Steph and David are wonderful hosts , full of local knowledge , welcoming and so friendly - feel like we’ve known them forever . "Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."
